Purchases

 Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 business days of a customer’s purchase or product delivery, whichever is later.

  • Returned items must be shipped back (or delivered in person, if local) within 30 days of product delivery at customer’s expense.

  • Only unused, unopened products will be accepted.

  • Custom Watercolor Portraits and portrait Add-Ons are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Refunds and/or exchanges will be processed in original form of payment within 1 business day of product return, given that returned product is in resalable condition.

  • If a product has already been shipped, shipping cost will be maintained by Sage & Rue. If it has not been shipped, shipping cost will also be refunded to the customer.

  • If you would like to make a return or exchange, please contact Christy here. A response will be given within 1 business day.

Cancellations

  • Online orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, excluding Custom Watercolor Portraits.

  • The cancellation refund will be processed using the original form of payment within 1 business day.

  • If an order has already been shipped, shipping cost will be maintained by Sage & Rue. If an order has not been shipped, shipping cost will be refunded to the customer.

  • If you would like to cancel an online order, please contact Christy here. A response will be given within 1 business day.

Payment

  • Payment must be made upon purchase, whether online or in person.

Discount Details

  • Mom Walk Co. Discount

    • Expires on 12/31/22 at 11:59 PM (PST).

    • Excludes all greeting card sets.

    • One-time use of discount.

    • Discount code may not be shared beyond 12/07/22 mom-walk registrants.

Processing & Shipping

  • Local customers have the option of free pickup from Orange Homegrown Farmers & Artisans Market. Be sure to check out our Upcoming Events page for market dates and contact Christy here to coordinate before placing your order..

  • The United States Postal Service (USPS) will be used for shipping.

  • Orders of ready-to-ship products are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

  • Custom, made-to-order products are processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks.

  • If rush-shipping is needed, please contact Christy here, ideally, prior to placing your order. An additional fee will be required to cover the expedited processing and shipping cost.

  • We respect your privacy. Your information will not be shared or distributed to third parties, except where required by law.
